Order management, customer specific product collection & promotions

The Commerce area is where you work with commerce-tasks such as order management and various types of promotion-tools. When using the Commerce area:

• The tree is used to select the tool you want to work with
• The workspace is where you then work with your chosen tool

Broadly speaking you have access to:

• A dashboard where you can see key metrics such as daily orders, average order value, the conversion rate, etc.
• An order management section where you handle order management related tasks
• An assortments section where you create and manage product collections for frontend
• A promotions section where you work with tools such as discounts, voucher codes, loyalty points, etc.
