VAT groups

VAT Groups is a feature which makes it possible to handle differentiated VAT rates – scenarios where some products and services are exempt from or have reduced VAT rates. VATGroups_01

To create a VAT group:

  1. Click New VAT group
  2. Provide a name and a native name (system name)
  3. (Optional) select a VAT provider
  4. Save

Next you must specify the differentiated VAT for each country:

  1. Click Add country rates
  2. Select a country
  3. Specify the VAT rate
  4. If relevant, check reverse charge for VAT

VAT groups can be applied to individual product using the action-menu.
