If the connection between Business Central and the DynamicWeb Connector fails, check the following:
Version requirements
- The Connector can only be used with DynamicWeb 10 and later.
Verify your API key
- Ensure that your API key from DynamicWeb is correctly set up in Business Central.
- Setup API keys
Confirm installation in DynamicWeb
- Check that the required package is installed in your DynamicWeb solution:
- Go to the App Store in DynamicWeb.
- Find the application called [Connector package name] .
- Install the package and retry the connection.
