Troubleshooting DynamicWeb Connector for Business Central

If the connection between Business Central and the DynamicWeb Connector fails, check the following:

Version requirements

  • The Connector can only be used with DynamicWeb 10 and later.

Verify your API key

  • Ensure that your API key from DynamicWeb is correctly set up in Business Central.
  • Setup API keys

Confirm installation in DynamicWeb

  • Check that the required package is installed in your DynamicWeb solution:
    1. Go to the App Store in DynamicWeb.
    2. Find the application called [Connector package name] .
    3. Install the package and retry the connection.
