RMAs
RMA settings
The RMA settings allow you to create states, events, and email notifications related to our RMA-tool.
States
The States node allows you to create or customize existing RMA states - the steps an RMA-request moves through as it's being processed. To create an RMA state:
- Click New state
- Provide a name and a description
- If relevant, check Default for new RMA
- Use the Active for selector to select which states this state should be available from
- Save
Events
The Events node makes it possible to translate RMA-log messages to another languages.
To do so:
- Click the event
- Change the description
- Save
Email notifications
The Email notifications node allows you to create emails notifications for RMA states & events. To create a new notification for a state or an event:
- Find the section with the state or event and click Manage
- Click on the state or event
- Click new email notification and configure it:
- Provide a recipient email
- Provide a sender name
- Enter a subject
- Enter a sender email
- Select an email template to use
- Save
