Workflows

This Workflows node is where you create and manage workflows related to product management. It is one of our productivity tools. Workflows To create a new workflow:

  1. Click New workflow
  2. Provide a name
  3. Save

Workflow States

Workflows consist of a series of states with each state corresponding to a phase of or a step in a process. To create a new workflow state:

  1. Click on a workflow
  2. Click + Workflow state
  3. Provide a name
  4. Use the Available states selector to select the other states you can move to from this state
  5. If relevant set up notifications when a product is moved into this state
  6. Save

To create a notification for a state:

  1. Switch to the notification tab
  2. Provide a subject
  3. Specify which users and/or groups to notify
  4. Select an email template
  5. Specify a sender and a sender name
  6. Save
