RMAs

RMA settings

The RMA settings allow you to create states, events, and email notifications related to our RMA-tool.

States

The States node allows you to create or customize existing RMA states - the steps an RMA-request moves through as it's being processed. RMAstates To create an RMA state:

  1. Click New state
  2. Provide a name and a description
  3. If relevant, check Default for new RMA
  4. Use the Active for selector to select which states this state should be available from
  5. Save

Events

The Events node makes it possible to translate RMA-log messages to another languages. RMAEvents

To do so:

  1. Click the event
  2. Change the description
  3. Save

Email notifications

The Email notifications node allows you to create emails notifications for RMA states & events. RMAEmails To create a new notification for a state or an event:

  1. Find the section with the state or event and click Manage
  2. Click on the state or event
  3. Click new email notification and configure it:
    • Provide a recipient email
    • Provide a sender name
    • Enter a subject
    • Enter a sender email
    • Select an email template to use
  4. Save
