Field types

Whenever you create a custom attribute in DynamicWeb 10 you'll be asked to select a field type - there are two kinds:

• System field types are a built-in set of standard field types such as DateTime, Integer, and File manager
• Custom field types are provider-based field types used to e.g. automatically calculate a field from the values in other fields
